I snapped this on a walk break on my run today.

The tall building on the very left is my home

Unfortunately I hurt my knee and had to walk quite a ways home (as you can tell from the picture)

Thankfully I had Pretzel M&M’s waiting for me when I arrived home.

I awoke to a sad email about my grandmother this morning, so most of today has been spent processing. This certainly hasn’t been the greatest of weeks in the Cowpoke house.

These are the Rocky Mountains as we see them each morning from our bedroom window. The picture really doesn’t do them justice.
