Weekly Plan

Monday again!

That means its time to reflect on last week and set myself up for success this week.

Food-wise last week was great. The Cowboy and I managed to stick to our plan for dinners. I veered a bit on breakfast (I’ve found I can only really focus well on 2 meals per day, so if I plan lunch and dinner well, breakfast falls off) but it was still healthy so I was okay with it.

Here’s the plan for this week:

My exercise didn’t quite go as well as I’d planned last week. I only made it to the gym once! Womp-womp Sad smile

However, my sprained wrist is finally (I think!) healed, so the plan is to resume working out per normal this week. Yay!!

So far I think my plan looks good – the Cowboy even wants to start coming to the gym with me. Yay! We just booked a viewing session for photos on Saturday morning, so we’ll see if I have time in the afternoon, as we also have 4 hours of photo shoots scheduled on Sunday so we have t lot of photography-type stuff to do over next weekend. It’s also my last weekend in Calgary before I start my crazy travel. Eek!
