I’m so glad I had the foresight to get some posts written over the weekend! Work has been so busy (yet awesome) this week that I’ve barely had to chance to even look at the internet.
While I know I’ve complained about my job in the past I truly love being challenged and learning and working with a new manager has accomplished that. Yay!
Today is a slower day (yay? Maybe?) and since I didn’t have a post pre-written, I figured now is the time
But – I feel like I’m coming down with a cold. Twice in the past two nights I’ve woken up because I’ve been breathing through my mouth. I don’t know why this is, my nose doesn’t feel stuffy, but I sure do feel off. I can feel it in my throat and ears – sure signs that something is up. Needless to say, I’ve only managed to make it to the gym on Tuesday evening. I laid out my clothes last night but was so tired and ill feeling that I didn’t bother setting my alarm for ridiculous o’clock.
Tonight The Cowboy and I are going to see Rock of Ages.
I am super pumped! It should be so fun. We figured it would be best to see it Broadway style before we watched it Tom Cruise style.
A late night tonight meals I’m probably (read: definitely) not going to wake up in time for 6am spin class. Also?! We have football tickets for tomorrow. The forecast looks like this:
Normally I’m such a wimp that we’d not go to the game, but watching football outside in the snow is pretty much a requirement, so I’m going to bundle up (gotta buy some long underwears), bring a flash (to add to some hot chocolate) and pick up some mitten and boot warmers and be set for the game.
The Cowboy and I haven’t been to a football game all year and both of our preferred teams are playing one another so it should (hopefully) be a good time.
