Best Body Bootcamp

Since July is all about getting in shape by eating well and working out, it’s only too perfect that Best Body Bootcamp Round 2 is starting on Monday.

For only $25 (seriously $25!!) you’ll receive 2-4 strength workouts a week and a cardio plan to follow.

What a deal!

Worried you’ll need a gym membership? You don’t!

Suggested Home Equipment:

  • a pair or two of dumbbells (one lighter and one more moderate/heavier weight) — at least one pair necessary
  • stability ball — highly suggested, but not required
  • resistance bands — suggested, not required

Awesome, right?!

Even better?! Last boot camp 3 people won $1,000 for sticking with it.

All you have to do is pay $25 to get the plan (you can register here or click on the image above) and follow it for 8 weeks for a chance to win some money.

And, really, if you’re following the plan for 8 weeks you’re bound to get in shape, so even if you don’t win any cash – you still win!!

I’ll still be following my half marathon running plan with the bootcamp – but I think adding some at home (woo!) strength training with the running truly is the best way to go. And – paired with Skinny Rules, it’s bound to be a success.

T!G!I!F!

Hooooo boy!

Am I ever glad it’s Friday!

After working 3-day work weeks for the past two weeks (and a 4-day work week the previous week, and a 3-day work week the week before that) working 5 days in a row was loooooong. Wowzers.

I’m certain going to bed after midnight every freaking night this week did not help things.

At all.

But – it’s Friday today.

Woo freaking hoo.

The Cowboy and I have a busy day planned tomorrow – we’re driving 2 hours to go to an airshow.

FUN!

And it’s going to be HOT (especially for these Canadians) sitting on the tarmac for hours, but I’ll take it Smile

One final thing:
