Per my July goals – on Monday I started Bob Harper’s Skinny Rules.
For fun (and, well, because I’m a blogger) I took pictures of what I ate on Monday.
Hmmmm, I guess this kind of makes this a what I ate Wednesday post, now doesn’t it?!

Mid-morning protein boost snack
Turkey meatballs and roasted potatoes (from our CSA) for lunch. It was…..okay. Not my favourite, so I have some tweaking to do next week.
Kale chips for a snack. Mmmmmmmmmm
Super yummy dinner of grilled chicken breast and roasted veggies.

Tuesday also got off to a great start, but a showing during the dinner hour (5-6) followed by a photography meeting at 7 meant we didn’t cook. We had planned on Subway (a salad would fit into the plan) but a scheduling issue put us behind and I ended up ordering pizza. Whoops Back on the Skinny Rules plan today!Read More
