Stuff I Love: Lululemon

I never used to be a brand whore. Really, I didn’t.

Then, back in 2006 I discovered Lululemon and I’ve been a lover ever since.

Their products have changed over the years and some people complain that their product isn’t as good as it used to be (I’ve only had an issue with a pair of winter running gloves I purchased) but I still love it.

Especially when it comes to running and yoga.

I’ve recently added some items to my Lululemon collection and wanted to share them with you.

The first three items are the ones that I received from my employer.

The Mat

I’m currently using a very old, flimsy $15 yoga mat that is very, very slippery. Seeing that this mat is naturally grippy definitely sold me, especially since the only yoga I go to it hot. After allowing it to air out and cleaning it with baking soda I’ll be giving it a try at yoga tonight. Here’s hoping I stay in one place!

Manduka Equa Towel

I already had one of these towels in purple and absolutely love it, so it was an easy choice to grab a second. I’ve also used the Skidless Towel, but have been finding that my hands slip less using the Manduka Towel than the Skidless Towel. (After reading some of the reviews on Lululemon, I may need to slightly dampen my Skidless Towel before use to get some better use out of it).

Mind over Matter Jacket

Since I’ve started to bike to work, I’ve been wearing my wintery running jackets and found I was just getting way too sweaty! I certainly don’t need to start off my day dripping in sweat, so when I saw all the mesh on this jacket I knew it would be a winner for summer. I even ended up riding home in the rain with it and it did an excellent job keeping me (mostly) dry.

These next items are currently at home, waiting for me! Happy Thursday to me!

Bliss Tank

Why yes, I did buy these tanks in two colours. Why? Because they’re stinking cute, that’s why! Based upon the reviews, they may not be stellar for working out, but I think they’ll be perfection paired with jeans while camping or for running weekend errands.

Sing, Floss, Travel Jacket

Again, totally stinking cute! And the colour just screams cheerful to me! I love it.

The best part about Lululemon? I ordered my 3 items online on Wednesday, by noon on Thursday they were already at my house. Now that is service!
